This study examined the Effect of Organizational Culture and Job Stress on the Performance of Employees of PT Asno Horie Indonesia. In the current global era, competent and quality human resources are needed by PT. Asno Horie Indonesia is required to improve employee performance, but the company does not always run well with the conditions of some employees who experience job stress due to workplace accidents. Based on this research, it was found that the organizational culture applied at PT Asno Horie Indonesia is efficacious and the performance of its employees good, but there were still other problems of which work stress was highlighted. The purpose of this study was to determine the Organizational Culture, Job Stress and employee performance at PT Asno Horie Indonesia, as well as to determine the magnitude of the influence of Organizational Culture and Job Stress partially and simultaneously on employee performance at PT Asno Horie Indonesia
