TQM is an integrated and holistic approach for continuously improving the quality of products and processes. The term is used to raise up the performing of an education system for developing a good character and wisdom of the young people. They are to be the future professionals. There are three major issues in educating our future professionals such as vision, competence and character. The vision is a set of values to be achieved. Competence is the development of the knowledge, values, attitudes, and skills necessary for success in a given society or culture. Character is to be determined as the moral quality and direction of one’s decisions and behavior in morally relevant conduct or words. Then when we say that a person has character, we usually mean they have distinguishing moral qualities, moral virtues, and moral reasoning abilities. Less frequently used terms include morality, virtue, and ethics. A moral person understands right and wrong and willfully chooses what is right; a virtuous person engages in good behavior intentionally, predictably, and habitually; an ethical person figures out what is right or good when this is not obvious. Bringing to this sense then it is to say directly that there are five principles coming together for a sustained individual success. The consideration on unlimited Power, self recognizing on the priciples of human being and human life, promoting the term in pluribus unum (unity in diversities), as rooted on a set of norms and valuable life, and keep the responsibility to bring justice and peace for everybody. In the contemporary society, there appears to be a desire to reconsider earlier goals of national education by taking character building more seriously. Most people share the view that schools should be formally for different level and strategically involved in building moral character, virtues, and ethical behavior and should work in concert with parents and the community (Cfr. Elam, Rose & Gallup, 1993; Hayes & Hagedorn, 2000). The education process then might be considered as a way to bring up the future professionals who are getting matured on knowledge, attitude, skill and habit (KASH). Furthermore it is to say that the formal educational system put the fundamental points as coming basically for a never ending class on moral and character education as long as human life.
